Job Description:

The HCL Unica Interact Administrator is responsible for configuring and maintaining users and roles, data sources, and optional product features. Also, monitor and maintain the design and runtime environments. Product-specific application programming interfaces (APIs) knowledge to configure the various touchpoints. This role ensures the stability, performance, and functionality of the Unica environment, collaborating with marketing and IT teams to ensure efficient campaign execution and seamless customer interactions.

Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with HCL Unica Interact or IBM Unica Interact administration.
Hands-on experience with campaign management systems and customer engagement platforms.
Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data integration processes.

Desired Skills

Proficiency in HCL Unica Interact, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Monitor and maintain the Unica Interact environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Manage user access and permissions within the Unica platform.
Maintaining data sources.
Configuring HCL Unica Interact optional offer serving features.
Monitoring and maintaining runtime environment performance.
Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to implement and manage customer interaction strategies within Unica Interact.
Configure customer journeys, interaction points, and real-time recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
Install, configure, and upgrade HCL Unica and related modules.
Troubleshoot issues, manage system logs and perform routine health checks.
Strong understanding of the Interact APIs and responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing APIs to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing data exchanges between systems.
