Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

• Proficient in American Accent
• Experience in B2B sales preferred
• Healthcare Exposure would be an advantage
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospects
• Build rapport and establish a positive connection with leads
• Scheduling appointments for the Account Executive is a Key Result Area (KRA)
• Seek feedback from team members and supervisors to enhance performance
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve sales strategies and processes
