Responsibilities included page and microsite development, creative deployments, multilingual adaptation, form creation & validation, PDF management, cross-browser testing, device responsiveness, and regulatory tagging. Our XCeed platform enabled strict governance with content lifecycle management, automatic expiry handling, and audit trails.

We operationalized content and communications in 13+ languages, including Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Polish, Greek, Russian, Japanese, Malay, Urdu, and Spanish. Digital Analytics Center of Excellence

Powered by Adobe Analytics, we delivered 90+ automated reports monthly, tracking metrics across websites, mobile apps, CBOL, and app stores. We ran advanced NPS analyses, crash analytics, sentiment mapping, MBOL reporting, and developed persona-based dashboarding for marketing decision-makers. All metrics were fed into centralized Power BI dashboards for executive consumption.

Campaigns and Journey Management

For multiple markets, we operated campaign execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MoEngage. We created dynamic journeys across onboarding, usage, rewards, and cross-sell. We built and deployed AMP emails, personalized HTML creatives with block-based targeting, calendar invite mails, and newsletters across all lifecycle stages.

Marketing Spend Optimization

Xerago optimized the bank’s marketing spend across 17 markets. By consolidating campaign, affiliate, and media performance data into a unified BI framework, we enabled real-time reallocation. Using predictive logic and multi-touch attribution models, we highlighted underperforming spends, uncovered high-conversion pockets, and recommended data-backed budget shifts. This led to sharper media plans, improved cost-per-lead, and greater alignment between regional campaigns and business outcomes.

Xerago led the bank’s complete SEO transformation, covering on-page, technical, and off-page optimization. We recovered lost rankings post-revamp, standardized metadata and schema, resolved crawl and indexation issues, and executed localized authority link-building campaigns. A Defining Moment: Retail Portfolio Divestiture

The bank’s decision to divest its retail banking portfolio in select markets presented one of the most critical and high-stakes challenges in the institution’s digital transformation journey.
