Challenge:

SESA GOA wanted to redesign their corporate site to appeal to the B2B segment that formed its target audience, and establish it as the preferred channel for dispensing all information related to their products and operations. The site would have to be designed as per SESA GOA’s Corporate Communication guidelines.

Solution:

Xerago worked with SESA GOA to understand the current state of their online presence and the various stakeholder requirements and proposed a B2B portal that would anchor SESA GOA’s presence online and provide comprehensive information about its products, services and operations.

Xerago began the site design phase by first identifying the various target segments of SESA GOA’s B2B customer base, creating an information architecture that catered to the each segment’s sensibilities. Intuitive navigational flows were created and the content reorganized in a bid to create an engaging visual experience. Xerago used the 3 click design philosophy (where one can find what one is looking for within 3 clicks of the mouse) to ensure information availability and easy search across the site.

Xerago also included showcase banners with high quality images, media areas, photo and video sections that reflected SESA GOA’s products and values and which resonated with the target audiences’ perceptions and beliefs. There were also pages for

Going further, Xerago integrated the site with a leading Content Management System that allowed the client to manage and implement changes without having to go into the design or code level.

Results:

SESA GOA’s revamped site became the anchor of the client’s global online presence and it experienced an influx of site traffic and engagement which had a positive effect in the number of enquiries and leads.
