Is there a waiting time before I can start using the platform?
Not much. It usually takes around 2 days for your payment and your login credentials to be processed, following which you can start using it.

What payment methods do you offer?
We use the stripe payment gateway which lets you use popular credit / debit cards. Or you can try Net Banking.

Yes, but your new plan may not be active immediately. Please talk to your sales consultant for further information.

How does the Custom Plan work?
As the name suggests, Custom Plans cover any requirement that is not covered by any of our standard plans. Please talk to us so we can customize a plan to suit your requirements.

Can I get additional Programs without changing my plan?
Yes. You can get additional Programs at an additional cost without having to change your plan.

Do I need a credit card to sign-up?
Yes, and you also have other forms of payments listed above.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime. In your platform, you will see a “Cancellation” link - to cancel, you just need to click on that link.
