When the Steering Committee is setup during the onboarding phase, both Xerago and client will agree on the frequency on which the Steering Committee meeting will take place.
The Steering Committee review will involve the below.
Review of quality of jobs done measured against agreed metrics
Review of bandwidth utilization i.e.) agreed jobs vs actual jobs
Review of adherence to SLAs and TATs
Review of direct impact of tasks executed by COE on client’s business
Need for process refinements / re-engineering
Need for process refinements /
Need for managing conflicts, if any
Discussions and agreement on procurement of newer MarTech platforms
Based on all of the above, possible improvements / course corrections that can be made to improve the efficiency of Marketing Centre of Excellence will be agreed upon.
Xerago’s SPOC will share the plan on how those course correction measures will be implemented.
