Your journey towards marketing transformation by setting up Xerago's Marketing Centre of Excellence starts with the assessment phase.

The assessment phase usually runs for about three weeks and involves the following activities

Understanding of your business, products and services

Understanding of your marketing goals

Understanding of your digital channel presence

Understanding of your current marketing capabilities in terms of skills, marketing technologies, analytics and process maturity

Understanding of current vendor ecosystem along with roles and responsibilities of each vendor

Identification of vendors that cannot be replaced

Understanding of current processes followed with each vendor

Understanding of current SLAs and TATs

Documentation of all of the above, highlighting gaps and areas of improvement

Agreement on expectation from Xerago's Marketing Center of Excellence
