The client is a multinational banking and financial services corporation headquartered in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3 Marina Bay, Singapore. The company was known as The Development Bank of Singapore Limited, before the present name was adopted in July 2003 to reflect its changing role as a regional bank


The bank had high volume of data spread across files from various regions making it logistically complex to collate and present consolidated dashboard and insights. Previously, there was around 40 different reports which were generated from various regions covering different departments (Media, Brand, Digital etc.) , respective department heads were unable to have a single view of the performance.


Xerago created a responsive website using interactive charts and also provided a consolidated view of the performance. To motivate target achievers, Xerago conceptualized a creative concept that would recognize winners based on emoticons. The same concept was modified and extended offline for the best performers as well.



The concerned departments now have a holistic view of seeing all relevnt reports in a single consolidated dashboard (through a single login) and take decisions quickly. The Dashboard portal also acts as a platform for management to push every member to acheive better results.

The time consumed to update and view data has come down drastically since the portal went live.
