Product Citi Priority through “Direct” Marketing channel had high exit rate in Chinese locale resulting in low traffic to the product page.
SOLUTION
Analysis was done to understand the drop-off based on channels, device type recommended to effectively increase pathing for visitors to the page.
RESULTS
Exit Rate to the Citi Priority has been reduced from 23% to 15% in Direct Channel within 8 months.
