  • Objective of the campaign is to retain the customer in the network by renewing their contract.

MARKETING STRATEGY:

  • This campaign triggers an SMS message/Outbound call to the customers whose contract expired in the past day and didn’t renew contract.
  • The promo usually offers a new device along with the new/same bill plan.

EFFECTIVENESS:

  • In the Month of Aug the Conversion % was 11.% and by tweaking the offers and the segments in the month of October the Conversion % increased to 13%
