The client is the consumer division of financial services of a multinational banking group.The bank has 2,649 branches in 19 countries, including 723 branches in the United States and 1,494 branches in Mexico

Promotional, Usage and marketing EDMs are sent to customers. The client was looking for an optimal method to share successfully performing mailers to key markets for local adoption.

Challenges

Around 20 plus product managers are responsible for marketing and usage eDMs that are blasted to customers.Client email management tool provides key eDM metrics like delivery status, open rates, bounce rates but did not provide actual conversion and landing page traffic.

Solution

Customised monthly reports were created for individual markets, required data was sourced from job request tool, Emailing platform and from Adobe Analytics. All CTAs were tagged with unique parameters and click rates & conversion rates were mapped in the consolidated reports.
