Challenges

Adobe Analytics implementation for Hong Leong was not optimized. This had both a commercial impact (higher volume of server calls) and the numbers reported were not accurate.The reporting and implementation for pre & post login pages to understand conversion & drop off rates for various lead gen and transactional forms also should be done.

The incorrect numbers that were reported previously was also fixed.
