Specific Skill Sets:

Technical Skills - Hands-on experience in installation and management of direct marketing softwares like Unica, Cordiant, SAS, etc. Working experience in handling different databases and operating systems that interface with the direct marketing tools/ Managerial Experience - Managing functional users in solving their tool related issues, managing small projects with 6-8 week scope and effort. Will be expected to manage 2 to 5 resources depending on the project need. Tool familiarity - Working experience in Unica EMM Suite, SIEBEL CRM, SAS CRM, etc. Proficiency in at least one of these suites. Exposure to more than one preferred.

Communication - Should be proficient in telephonic and email communication. Any exposure to international customers is preferred.

You should have strong understanding of best practices in XHTML, HTML, DHTML and CSS. You must be proficient in the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge in ASP & JSP would be an added advantage.

You will design and develop a clean code base of ActionScript-driven Flash applications with programmatic motion at the core.
