Harish currently heads the Sales and Marketing arm of Xerago, prior to which he was managing offshore deliveries. Arun started his career as an Asst. Manager (Credit Policy) with Standard Chartered Bank, Bangalore and moved to HSBC Credit Card Services, USA as Senior Analyst and then to HSBC, Bangalore as Asst. Vice President (Collections Analytics & MIS). He then moved to GENPACT, Bangalore as Asst. Vice President (Analytics) before taking up his career at Xerago.

R P, as he likes to be called, is Senior Marketing professional with an MBA from FMS, with over 12 years of work experience. He was last designated Vice President in Ernst & Young New Delhi, where he was leading Program Management for some of their most complex engagements.
R P is currently handling the Sales & Pre-Sales activities for Affinium Suites in Xerago. His core strengths are in advising the prospective clients for extracting marketing and strategic insights from large volume of data. RP has a very good conceptual understanding of Marketing Analytics and Affinium tools in particular. While working for Ernst & Young, R P has handled complex Business Re-engineering & IT implementation projects. R P is currently the Engagement Manager for LMG (Groupe Aeroplan) for implementing host of Affinium Applications.
